Over the past nine years, I’ve worked in labour and delivery and postpartum care, dedicating my nursing career to supporting mothers and families through the journey of pregnancy and postpartum. My experience at Foothills Medical Centre in Calgary has given me valuable insights to help educate families about childbirth and prepare them for a smooth hospital experience.

I have also taught healthcare professionals in various roles, including clinical and breastfeeding instructor. Teaching has been my greatest joy, combining my passion for women's health and education. My goal is to empower parents with the knowledge and confidence they need for a positive birth experience.
