Pretty Powerful at Horizon Family Centre

Description: This program offers a space for mothers to build resilience and find empowerment through art and conversation. Designed to foster relationships that support and encourage, the sessions aim to help mothers build capabilities and confidence. No prior art experience is necessary. The program is especially beneficial for those facing challenges with their basic needs budget.
Ideal For: Mothers experiencing difficulty or stress in meeting their basic needs

What You'll Learn: Promoting healthy development and early relational health. Creating positive mealtime experiences right from the start. Oral health tips, including how to clean your baby's gums and teeth, and managing teething.
