Registration and Payment

All participants are required to make full payment at the time of registration. Your registration will not be confirmed until payment is received.

Refund Requests

Refunds can be requested up to 30 days before the start date of your class. Refunds are not guaranteed beyond this period, except in cases of extenuating circumstances.

Withdrawal and Refunds

• Withdrawal with Notice: If you withdraw from the class with at least 3 weeks' notice before the start date, you will receive a refund minus a 10% administrative fee.

• Late Withdrawal: Withdrawals made less than 30 days before the class start date are non-refundable due to the reduced opportunity to fill the spot.

• Medical Withdrawals: Requests for withdrawal due to medical reasons will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Encouraging Effective Communication

To ensure participants commit to their registration and communicate withdrawals promptly, full payment is required at the time of registration. This policy aims to foster responsible and respectful participation.
